Simplistic

Sometimes we just need to stick to the basics and let little pops of colour or sparkles shine through. I love loud outfits that say look at me, especially lately, but it was my girl Ornellas engagement party and I wanted to dress up but keep it clean and simple to let the little details shine through, like the beaded shoulders of my shirt to the sparkles on my shoe. Let me tell you something though, these gorgeous ladies that looked goddesses wore some of the most beautiful outfits i've ever seen, from sequin gowns to sequin shawls to elegant dresses back to elegant sequin gowns, I was impressed at the amount of time these ladies put into their outfits and hair and make up. Seriously when she gets married i'm stepping up my outfit game lol. You could rock this for special events, date nights, even to the office if the length of the skirt was just a tad longer (I know dress codes are lame). Also you can never go wrong with a tutu. I hope this inspires your inner simplistic side. Xoxo - Poitrina <3

Praduh

I found this sweet crop top on Sheinside Official and instantly fell in love, it's so comfortable and the floral print makes it a ton of fun. I know its a cheap knock off of the amazing brand Prada but in this universe and century I'm definitely to cheap, and also currently saving for my wedding so i'm unable to save for such real brands marked at real prices lol. I decided I wanted to add in some more funky prints, I figured the stripped dress would do the trick. With the floral pattern I felt like it was super feminine and wanted to dress it up a little by wearing this structured skirt. I could see myself wearing this outfit out to fun events such as ladies night or at night of movies, seriously I would even wear this grocery shopping. The beauty of fashion is you can wear what ever you want where ever you want, I love that you can express who you are and how you feel through it. I hope this inspires you to dress up fancy for no reason and to mix fun prints. <3 Xoxo - Poitrina

Faux Septum

So i'm totally obsessing over the faux septum piercing lately! I am in love with this trend, i'm sure its been done before like everything else in the fashion world and I know the real piercings have been around for thousands of years, but I just can't get over how beautiful and fun it can be. I found all these amazing pictures via Google or Pinterest, and i'm obsessing over how high fashion or chill it can be all in one. Since I came across one on Ebay I can't get enough, I have about 5 different styles now and i'm searching for more new fun ones! And I now it can be permanent but I feel it's a huge commitment I don't think i'm just ready for that yet, i'm sure thats why theres so many amazing faux ones, so you can get the benefit of the piercing without the pain and long term commitment. I mean if you have the real one thats awesome because you were brave enough to handle the pain and responsiblility. I love that these are quick to just slip on or off depending on the mood. Everyones doing it from ladies to gents to celebs, i've fallen for the fun new faux piercing. I hope this inspires you to step out of your comfort zone to try something new. Xoxo - Poitrina <3
